Social Networking
Problems
In the article that I read about social networking problems
kids to teens, and sometimes adults get caught up in the middle of it all. For instance
if the user has over 800 friends on Facebook or any other social site they can easily
be hacked. The consensus is that people with hundreds and hundreds of friends
aren't actually in close relationships with most of them. "Friend" on
Facebook really just means someone you know and could see yourself wanting to
keep up with in the future. Here are some ways people can end up with high
friend counts. Some people with a lot of Facebook friends are more sociable
than others
Having to manage the
impression you create of yourself online
There's two main ways people have to do this. One is when
they're managing their impression for professional purposes, because they're
job networking, or their co-workers are Facebook contacts. Here the idea is
mainly not to show anything about yourself that's too controversial. It's one
thing if someone is consciously choosing to present a certain image to try to
further their career.
Social Networking benefits
Social Networking can benefit marking research, low coast
marking, and improve reputation. Marketing research is very key to the social networking
area many because over half of the world has a social network page or app. That
makes it very easy for people in that marking field to throw their name in the
mix to show and tell people that they are out there. For those people that are
trying to get their name out they are also giving low prices on their products
so they really want to us social network sites or app to really promote their
products. Last and but not least would be to improve he or she’s reputation on
the social network site. People use social sites like this to improve in a lot of
things but mostly their reputation.

I believe social networking can be a powerful tool when it comes to obtaining jobs, and making connections with colleagues. It also can have a vastly negative effect on a person's ability to obtain a job. Employers check social networks for any excuse not to hire a potential employee. In my opinion, they have good reason to.
